You deliver a highly personalized experience, introducing clients to the history, values and craftsmanship of the Maison while guiding them through their sartorial journey. You build meaningful and lasting relationships, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and that every client leaves feeling understood, valued and inspired.

Beyond sales, your mission is to transform each visit into a unique experience, combining impeccable service, refined product knowledge and genuine human connection.

Main Activities

Client Experience & Hospitality

  • Be the first impression of the Maison, embodying its values of elegance, discretion and excellence at all times.
  • Welcome every client with warmth, courtesy and professionalism.
  • Present the story, heritage and philosophy of the Maison in an engaging and authentic manner.
  • Create a personalized experience tailored to the personality, expectations and lifestyle of each client.
  • Ensure that every visit reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Sales & Client Development

  • Develop sales while maintaining an unwavering focus on service excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Guide clients through our tailoring, shirting and lifestyle offerings, helping them make informed and confident decisions.
  • Understand client needs, preferences and aspirations to provide relevant recommendations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Follow up proactively before, during and after each order to ensure an exceptional experience.

Clienteling & Relationship Management

  • Develop a portfolio of loyal clients and ambassadors of the Maison.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to share new collections, exclusive events and bespoke services.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Maison through referrals, networking and relationship-building.
  • Participate in private appointments, trunk shows and exclusive events.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure that all client areas are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Support appointment management and CRM updates.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to guarantee a seamless client journey.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold the reputation of the Maison.

What You Will Need

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, private aviation, premium services or another high-end client-facing environment.
  • A genuine passion for people, hospitality and service excellence.
  • A natural ability to create trust and build lasting relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A refined sense of style and appreciation for craftsmanship, luxury and tailoring.
  • The ability to adapt to different personalities, cultures and expectations.
  • A team-player mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues.
  • Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A broad curiosity and interest in culture, travel, business, art and contemporary lifestyle.
