CIRCULAR LIBRARY is seeking a sales associate who can help our store that is redefining fashion by combining style with environmental responsibility.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our two sustainable fashion brands and engaging with customers to foster a positive shopping experience. You will be the face of our brand, representing our commitment to ethical practices, environmentally conscious fashion choices, and our dedication to upcycling.
Responsibilities:
Educate customers about our two brands and their commitment to sustainability, the eco-friendly aspects of our products, and our innovative upcycling initiatives.
Stay informed about current fashion trends, sustainability practices, and the environmental impact of various materials.
Actively promote and coordinate our upcycling workshops, encouraging community participation and showcasing the transformative power of sustainable practices.
Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining an organized retail space.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
Passion for sustainable fashion and a strong commitment to eco-friendly practices.
Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of sustainability and fashion trends.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
Familiarity with the Venice, CA community and its unique culture is a plus.
