For our Boutique in New York we are looking for a Full-Time Sales Associate.
SALES ASSOCIATE – JOB MISSION
The Sales Associate is an Ambassador of the Maison, he/she is responsible for the welcoming of clients, manages waiting time and ensures that they are being taken care of in the most efficient manner, ensuring an exceptional client experience at the entrance of the client(s) in the boutique.
Daily Boutique Operations
- Greet customers and listen to them;
- Identify and understand their needs;
- Advise on the products of the collection;
- Present the articles;
- Carry out sales with customers;
- Retain existing customers and seek new customers;
- Perform the receipt;
- Receive the goods, the products and check the conformity of the delivery;
- Prepare the shelving of products, articles (labeling, anti-theft, markup, etc.) and install them in the store or on a stand;
- Carry out the storage and supply of the shelves, the reserve (restocking, removal of defective products, etc);
- Contribute to the expression of the commercial image of a brand;
- Ensure the overall consistency of a point of sale or exhibition;
- Develop, produce, implement a store layout, department, a showcase;
- Present the products in a functional, aesthetic and commercial way;
About
YouWe are looking for candidates with previous experience in luxury Retail; good interpersonal and communication skills are required as well strong attention to detail and customer needs.Team-Player approach and Fluent in English.
