Role Purpose

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury client experience, acting as a true Brand Ambassador for Missoni. This role combines strong styling capabilities, relationship building, and sales performance, ensuring each client receives personalized service aligned with the Maison’s image and values.

The Sales Assistant contributes to boutique performance through proactive clienteling, strong product knowledge, and excellence in day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a personalized and elevated client experience, ensuring every interaction reflects Missoni’s luxury standards.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, communicating the Maison’s heritage, craftsmanship, and seasonal collections.
  • Drive sales performance by consistently achieving and exceeding individual and store KPIs.
  • Build, develop, and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach, follow-up, and relationship management.
  • Provide expert styling advice tailored to each client’s lifestyle and preferences.
  • Support sales growth through appointments, client events, and one-to-one selling activities.
  • Develop repeat business through CRM activities, client appointments, and post-purchase follow-up.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge across RTW, accessories, and seasonal launches.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is always aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Assist with stock handling, replenishment, transfers, and general boutique operations as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the store team to ensure a seamless and consistent client journey.
  • Support peak business periods, special events, and collection launches.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion styling, or client advisory roles
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong passion for luxury fashion, styling, and client service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Client-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
