River City Window Fashions is growing, and we are looking for a hardworking, motivated individual to join our sales team in a full-time role.
Our ideal candidate has experience in selling window coverings such as blinds, shades, and shutters—but we are absolutely willing to train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic.
This position is perfect for someone who is organized, flexible, and outgoing. You will be customer-facing for the majority of your day, so professionalism, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential. da
What You’ll Do:
- Meet with homeowners and clients to present and sell custom window covering solutions
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Manage and follow up on provided leads
- Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales experience preferred (window coverings a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
