Daily work in this role includes:
* Providing outstanding customer service by seamlesslymulti-taskingbetween answering phones, setting appointments, greeting clients as they arrive, checking guests in and out.
* Educating our clients about the benefits of ourWellness Program. Driving membership sales and member retention.
* Booking clients for future services, and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
* Assisting in making sure the front of the location and the front desk are always clean and presentable
* Protecting our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members

Qualifications:
* Self motivated with the ability to think critically and set priorities
* Great teammate who can work well with others in a fun andfast-paced environment
* Smart and Savvy with basic math and computer skills, confidence in handling cash
