MINDS is a premium streetwear brand built for visionaries. We blend fashion, culture, and community to create more than a retail store—we create an experience. Our new Wynwood location is designed for customers who appreciate quality, creativity, and elevated streetwear.
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Associate who is passionate about fashion, understands streetwear culture, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the moment every guest enters the store.
- Build genuine relationships with customers and create long-term loyalty.
- Style complete outfits and confidently recommend products based on each customer’s needs.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Maintain premium visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Process transactions accurately using Shopify POS.
- Stay up to date with current fashion, sneaker, and streetwear trends.
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and daily store operations.
- Represent the MINDS brand with professionalism, energy, and confidence.
- Must be able and willing to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 10-15 lbs.
- Bilingual person required (English and Spanish)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience (fashion or streetwear preferred).
- Strong knowledge of contemporary fashion and streetwear brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and build customer relationships.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Professional appearance and personal sense of style.
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability.
