Full Job Description
Sales Associate
Duties:
– Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance
– Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits
– Conduct sales transactions and handle cash or credit card payments
– Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
– Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
– Follow company policies and procedures, including adhering to sales guidelines and handling customer complain
