HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As an Ambassador for Cartier, you will ensure a unique client experience before, during and after a sale, proactively develop your client portfolio and support with daily boutique operations.

Sales Achievements

  • Ensure a unique and exceptional customer experience during a sale
  • Master the selling ceremony
  • Adapt according to client needs and motivations.
  • Transmit the passion and values of the Maison
  • Act as a contact for the client in case of After Sales
  • Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative

Client Relationship & Portfolio Development

  • Cultivate strong client relationships and develops client loyalty
  • Execute targeted CRM actions
  • Participate to client events and acts as an Ambassador of the Maison

Shop Operations

  • Respect all brand and boutique policies and procedures
  • Support the set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique
  • Participate in the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines
  • Assist with special projects when requested
  • Participate in inventories and undertake administrative tasks and stock room related tasks when required

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You have a passion for jewellery and watches
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills in order to develop a network of loyal clients
  • You be meticulous, highly client focused and organized
  • You have excellent written and spoken communication skills , both in Spanish and English
