- Handle retail math tasks such as calculating discounts, totals, and change with precision
- Manage data entry related to sales transactions, customer information, and inventory updates using retail software
- Support retail lending activities by explaining financial options and assisting with loan processing or collections when applicable
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and ensure all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience or familiarity with retail store environments is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, discounts, and financial calculations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Experience with banking or financial services is a plus but not required
- Ability to operate cash registers and perform 10 key typing efficiently for processing transactions
- Knowledge of financial software or POS systems enhances your effectiveness in this role
- Reliable team player with attention to detail in cash handling, data entry, and retail math tasks
