Job Summary
As an Ambassador of the Maison, he/she ensures a unique client experience before, during and after a sale. He/she achieves sales targets and proactively develops his/her client portfolio. He/she also participates in the daily boutique operations
Responsibilities
- Maximize sales by achieving his or her own individual sales targets and helping to achieve the Boutique targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers
- Promote and sell Montblanc products by identifying customers’ needs and suggesting merchandise to meet their needs
Requirements
- Form 5 graduate with good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Self-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
- Outgoing and responsible team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
