As a Sales Associate, you are responsible to ensure an exceptional experience for our clients and representing the brand with elegance and meeting sales expectations.
Job Responsibilities
Primary Objectives:
Tend to customers before and after (complaints, exchanges, alterations, etc.) the sale, following the criteria for excellence, with the goal of having them feel that the company cares and provides professional service, so that they will develop an optimum image of Givenchy, which will in turn lead to more sales
Complete sales in the section under their care, adapting the product to the needs of their customers and in doing so, achieve the established sales goals with full customer satisfaction
Follow up with customers who have purchased and may be recurrent customers to develop new contacts, build desire and the sensation of service, and thus pave the way for future sales
Participate in all inventory, cycle counts and goods receptions to maximize efficiency at work, ensuring store operations at optimum operational standards
Proficient and accurate usage of POS (Point-of-Sale)
Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from VM and in accordance of company standards
Act as an ambassador of Givenchy by following Givenchy grooming and uniform policy
Maintain an open, positive and constructive communication with team members
To be an active team player, supports and participates in all business activities
Detailed Objectives:
Brand Ambassador:
Represent Givenchy guaranteeing that the brand image is correctly perceived by clients by adhering to the specific dressing and behavior standards of luxury.
Contribute to maintaining the upscale atmosphere of the boutique.
Client Engagement:
Execute a proper Selling Ceremony process (Welcoming, Exploration, Proposal, Closing & Service and Customer follow-up) to ensure that the Brand image is properly perceived by clients
Ensure that the client-telling process is properly executed in the store in accordance to the company guidelines and business strategies
Recruit and convert new clients, and maintain relationships with existing clients through the following key actions:
Capture and update all client information accordingly to company tools to retain accurate client data
Track client preferences and past purchases to provide personalized recommendations.
Foster long-term loyalty through storytelling by providing a rich narrative behind each collection.
Embrace a Result-oriented Culture:
Actively meet or exceed individual and store sales targets
Achieve all sales associate KPIs and CRM requirements
Identify additional sales opportunities by understanding the specific needs of clients.
Store Operations:
Ensure proper back of house maintenance and stocks management
Participate in all inventory, cycle counts and merchandise receptions to maximize efficiency at work, ensuring store operations at optimum operational standards
Work with SIC on controlling and maintaining the Visual Merchandising of the store, proposing enhancement to the VM team to drive and maximise sales
Proficient and accurate use of POS
Ensure store functional maintenance
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively as an active team player to support all business activities
Actively participate in any implementation of training and tools
Maintain an open, positive, and constructive communication with team members
