Looking for someone to start as soon as possible. FULL TIME or PART TIME. We are a high end designer consignment boutique located in Lake Las Vegas. We are seeking to hire a Sales Associate(s)/BUYER who is fashion savvy, brand knowledgeable, and has experience with social media platforms. We prefer someone who already has experience working in retail, but it is not required. If social media, fashion, and retail is your thing then our position at Maidenlane is the best fit for you! We are looking for hardworking team members that love and thrive in the fashion industry. We want team members who, after training, can be reliable enough to work independently in-store. Being that we are a company that stresses the importance of having a fun and positive working environment, we are seeking outgoing, kind-hearted and energetic team members to help grow this business with us. Your duties and responsibilities may/will include some or all of the following:
Exceptional Customer Service (Greeting, assisting, and managing customers)
Completing POS/sales transactions
Passing out flyers
Pricing Merchandise:
-Duties:
– Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor pricing
– Work closely with Store Manager/Owner to understand customer needs and preferences
– Provide product information and recommendations to customers
– Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
– Stay up-to-date with product knowledge
Taking pictures of merchandise & post pictures to our social media platforms
Ensure racks are fully stocked and organized throughout the day
Steam and hang merchandise
Gain and provide customer feedback to the Store Manager/ Owner
Stay up-to-date with new products/brands/trends/fashion
Taking out the trash
Maintaining a clean work environment
Applying company policies and procedures daily
Packaging online orders
Skills:
Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
Understanding of the retail sales process
Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
Basic math skills
Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
Ability to perform in fast-paced or slow-paced environments
Flexibility to work various shifts
