A unique retail boutique that offers trendy clothes and accessories for teens & women in Huntsville, AL. We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, motivated, fashionable, and hard working candidate to join our friendly sales team.
Position Summary:
Sales Associates are responsible for the general operation goals of the store as well as customer care. The Associate greets all customers in a friendly manner, promotes products/sales, must create and ensures proper visual merchandise displays, assists customers in fitting rooms, steams new inventory, and maintains a clean work area. The Associate assist in social media by posting daily social media pictures and stories on our Instagram and Facebook page.
Applicant Requirements:
-Must be 19 years of age or older
-Minimum of one year experience in retail environment (preferred)
-Able to work weekdays, weekends & holidays (full to part time approx. 30-40 per week)
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Strong interest in fashion – knowledge of fashion trends
-Creative mind with a love for fashion merchandising
-Detail oriented and organized
-Comfortable using Canva software, Instagram and Facebook efficiently
-Must be reliable
Pay is commensurate with experience, and we offer a pretty sweet employee discount.
