We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Sales Associates to join our dynamic team at a high-end clothing store in Dubai Hills Mall. You will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, building customer loyalty, and driving store sales.
Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers with a warm, professional attitude.
Assist clients in selecting clothing and styling options to enhance their shopping experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends, promotions, and stock levels.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions when needed.
Support with stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory management.
Qualifications
Fashion Retail experience is a must
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Energetic, presentable, and sales-driven.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Team player with a passion for fashion and customer service.
Language Requirements (IMPORTANT):
At least 1 candidate must be fluent in French, Arabic, and English.
Other candidates: any language is acceptable, but strong sales experience is a must
