About The Job
Hammer & Nails Santa Monica is looking for the perfect candidate to fill our position as a sales associate / Member Concierge for when we open at the all-new West Edge plaza in late May! Be the first and last impression for every guest and make each experience matter. Come join our team and be the best part of someone’s day.
This position is very sales-oriented and is compensated on an hourly and commission structure based on sales!

Qualifications
Salon and/or Gym front desk experience.
Sales experience is a HUGE PLUS.
Membership sales experience a BIGGER PLUS!
Scheduling appointments.
Accurately book, change, and cancel client appointments.
Utilize computers with skill and proficiency.
Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area.
Manage inventory accurately.
Properly open and close each day according to Salon Procedures.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations to run a salon.
Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Address customer/employee complaints and concerns.
Basic computer skills.
