About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Sales Associate to join our Vivienne Westwood boutique in Los Angeles for 4 days a week. This role is focused on delivering a high-touch, luxury client experience, driving sales performance, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is a confident seller with a strong understanding of the luxury fashion market and an existing client portfolio.

Client Experience & Sales

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with the Vivienne Westwood brand
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets, contributing to overall business performance
  • Identify client needs and provide expert guidance on products, styling, and collections
  • Support clients throughout the full customer journey, from initial engagement to after-sales service

Clientele & Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain a strong client book, driving repeat business and loyalty
  • Proactively engage in client outreach, including appointments, follow-ups, and events
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within CRM systems

Product Knowledge & Brand Representation

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of collections, materials, and brand heritage
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, passion, and authenticity at all times

Store Operations

  • Support daily store operations, including POS transactions, stock management, and visual merchandising
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation and housekeeping

Team Contribution

  • Work collaboratively with the team to support store goals
  • Contribute to a positive and professional working environment
  • Support additional business needs as required

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment, ideally within a premium or luxury setting
  • Experience supporting, motivating, or working collaboratively within a team
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with a focus on driving results

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion retail
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong clientele skills with an existing client portfolio preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, products, and styling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese is preferred but not mandatory
