Role Objective
The Sales Associate plays a vital role in achieving store sales goals by delivering the signature KESTAN experience. This means creating an authentic, welcoming environment for every guest through genuine connection, personalized styling, and strong product knowledge. As a Sales Associate, you will be an expert in our collection by understanding brand ethos and product information, while translating that knowledge into confident, results-driven sales.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Drive and exceed personal and store sales goals by delivering an exceptional KESTAN experience.
- Create genuine connections with customers through personalized styling, product education, and attentive service.
- Actively engage every customer on the sales floor to build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of KESTAN products
- Contribute to a professional, fashion-forward store environment that reflects KESTAN’s brand values.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is fully stocked, organized, and inviting.
- Collaborate with store leadership to execute sales strategies, achieve business goals, and highlight growth opportunities.
- Take initiative during slower periods to keep the store floor and backroom clean, safe, and running smoothly.
- Represent the KESTAN ethos by dressing in a way that inspires customers and reflects the brand’s vision of everyday chic.
Sales Associate Qualifications
- Genuine passion for customer service and delivering elevated, memorable shopping experiences.
- Strong interest in fashion and personal style, with the ability to inspire confidence through styling and product knowledge.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve sales results, both individually and as part of a team.
- Professional presence that aligns with KESTAN’s brand values.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Comfortable with physical requirements of the role, including standing and moving for the duration of a shift, lifting up to 40–50 pounds, and safely using ladders when needed.
Sales Associate Schedule
- Part-time associates are scheduled based on business needs, typically working a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- KESTAN stores remain open during all major U.S. holidays, and associates are expected to be available to work during the holiday season (including Thanksgiving weekend through early January).
