Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is sales driven, passionate about fashion, enjoys building relationships with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This role involves assisting buyers, maintaining product knowledge, supporting daily sales operations, and helping grow customer accounts through excellent service and communication.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers through phone/email communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Present and recommend products based on customer needs and current trends
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, inventory, and shipping updates
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and company objectives
- Stay informed on current fashion trends and seasonal collections
- Assist with inventory checks and product merchandising as needed
Qualifications
- Previous sales, or wholesale experience preferred
- Passion for women’s fashion and trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, proactive attitude and team-player mentality
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with order entry systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Knowledge of N41 Software is a plus
- Candidate with individual accounts is a plus
Pay: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour
