ManpowerGroup is proud to partner with an internationally renowned luxury fashion brand, with a boutique located in the heart of Kolonaki, Athens. We are seeking customer-oriented and style-driven Sales Associates to join the team and contribute to its success.
Location: Kolonaki, Athens
️You will be reporting to: Store Manager
What you will do:
- Deliver exceptional, high-end customer service, offering personalized styling advice and creating a memorable in-store experience
- Support clients in selecting luxury clothing, footwear, handbags, and accessories, tailored to their individual style and needs
- Maintain a refined and welcoming store environment, ensuring outstanding product presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Drive sales performance by achieving targets and cultivating long-term relationships with clients
- Handle customer transactions accurately using POS systems, ensuring a seamless checkout experience
- Process cash, card, and digital payments with professionalism and attention to detail
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in retail, ideally in fashion, footwear, handbags, or accessories; previous experience in luxury retail is highly preferred
- Fluency in English is essential
- Genuine interest in fashion and a strong customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
