We are looking for a full time Sales Consultant for our growing retail group!

Job Scope
– Ensure that the hairstylist adhere to all sales and operational excellence standards related to providing a great customer experience
– Build rapport with the customer
– Working closely with hairstylist to achieve the monthly sales target
– Work closely with HQ to run promotions for the outlet to generate more sales
– Oversee and run daily operations outlet independently
– Provide professional sales service and advice to customers
– Be in line with organizational goals and mission
– Maximize sales opportunities where possible
** Requirements**:
– Able to work retail hours
– Sales driven and results oriented in achieving sales target
– Able to communicate with our Chinese speaking customers
– Good verbal
communication
and interpersonal skills
– Outgoing personality and positive work attitude
** Salary**: $3,800.00 – $4,800.00 per month
