Overview
As a Sales Consultant at SAYKI, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and promoting our latest collections. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, engaging with customers and showcasing our stylish menswear. Your enthusiasm and product knowledge will help create memorable shopping experiences that keep our customers coming back.
Your Responsibilities will include;
- Greet customers warmly, creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages engagement
- Assist customers with selecting products, providing detailed product demos and styling advice
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized
- Conduct stock checks, manage inventory levels, and assist with stocking merchandise
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or follow-up calls
Your Experience Should be;
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in menswear or luxury departments.
- Supervisory experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings and the potential for growth into a management role
- Strong communication skills in bilingual environments are highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and engage customers effectively
- Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and grocery store retail practices is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, is preferred.
