Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will be an ambassador for one of our Brands in Mizzen. You will report directly to the Store Manager.
Job Profile:
To provide excellent customer service and surpass customer expectations at every opportunity.
To identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions. Be able to respond to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of products.
To maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets.
Building brand awareness and a client base, developing client books and CRM.
Attending regular training sessions on seasonal product launches to ensure knowledge is up-to-date.
Person Specifications:
Candidates who reflect the Mizzen Brands.
Highly energetic, dynamic and self-motivated
Presentable and confident communication skills
Minimum of three years’ experience in sales and customer service within the retail industry.
Proficiency in the English language (mandatory)
Native Arabic or Chinese speakers are highly preferred
