Job Description
About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join the brand Blancpain. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and create a mesmerizing memory with our customers in their journey with Blancpain.
What You’ll Be Doing
Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our watch brands and their unique features
Guide customers through the selection process to help them find the perfect timepiece
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain the store’s visual merchandising and ensure it remains clean and inviting
Collaborate with the store manager to achieve and exceed sales targets
Participate in product training to continuously develop your product knowledge
Profile
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury goods or fashion industry
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide a personalised shopping experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for watches and the ability to learn about our premium brands
A positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
Professional Requirements
SPM/Certificate/Diploma holders or related qualification
Computer literate
