A fast-growing footwear manufacturer located in the heart of the Garment District is looking for a Domestics and International Sales Coordinator for a Sales Executive managing several active and athletic brands. This person must be comfortable performing departmental tasks head-on.
Job Details:
Receive customer orders for domestic and international business, ensuring accuracy and paying strict attention to detail
Submit orders to Sourcing/Production Teams and verify placement for overseas transactions
Collaborate with Sourcing/Logistics Departments to track and follow through on client/customer orders
Create and maintain comprehensive customer order reports
Regularly communicate all updates to Sales Teams based on brand on a weekly basis
Generate weekly sales reports for Sales Executives
Job Requirements:
Must have a 4 (four) year college degree in the business field.
Must have at least 3 (three) years of sales assistant experience.
Experience in retail required. Footwear experience preferred.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Must present exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and at least 1 (one) retail or ERP system.
Knowledge of Blue Cherry preferred.
Salary $70,000-$75,000
