Fashion Floors & Interiors is looking for a Sales & Design Associate to join our fun, tight‑knit showroom team. This role blends customer service, design guidance, and project management—perfect for someone who enjoys helping clients create beautiful spaces and can keep jobs organized from start to finish.
Role Overview
You’ll work directly with customers in our showroom, guiding them through flooring, countertop, and tile selections. Once materials are chosen, you’ll coordinate the project through completion—communicating with installers, suppliers, and clients to keep everything running smoothly.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Location: Nampa, Idaho
Key Responsibilities
- Showroom Guidance — Assist customers with selecting flooring, countertops, and tile that fit their style and budget.
- Project Management — Oversee jobs from consultation to completion, ensuring timelines, materials, and communication stay on track.
- Customer Communication — Provide clear updates, follow‑ups, and coordination with installers and suppliers.
- Product Knowledge — Learn and explain material options, durability, maintenance, and design considerations.
- Showroom Support — Maintain an organized, welcoming showroom environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction, flooring, or home interiors (preferred but not required)
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine love for helping people
- Excellent work ethic and reliability
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Comfortable learning product specs and explaining them clearly
Pay: $40,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
