The Opportunity
We are seeking a relationship-driven Account Director to build and grow strategic advertising partnerships across:
- Print advertising
- Digital + branded content
- Event sponsorships & wellness retreats
- Social + Instagram activations
- Custom integrated partnerships
This is an entrepreneurial, high-visibility role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with luxury, wellness, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, hospitality, and real estate brands.
The ideal candidate is based in NYC and/or The Hamptons and is comfortable working across both markets.
What You'll Do
- Identify and cultivate new business across luxury, wellness, and lifestyle categories
- Build long-term relationships with brand marketers, agencies, and founders
- Develop creative, integrated marketing solutions for clients
- Lead proposal development and presentations
- Own the full sales cycle — prospecting through closing and account growth
- Collaborate with editorial and events teams to create compelling partnerships
- Meet and exceed revenue goals
Who You Are
- Based in NYC and/or The Hamptons with strong regional relationships preferred
- 3+ years media sales experience (print, digital, experiential, or integrated preferred)
- Proven ability to close and grow accounts
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working independently
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Passion for wellness, lifestyle, luxury, or premium media environments
- Highly organized and proactive

- Fashion / lifestyle
