Our client is a leading gemstone jewelry company, seeking experienced professionals to join its organization.
- Develop and execute overall business strategies and sales plans for the company’s gemstone retail operations.
- Establish, standardize, and operate a high-level retail system, ensuring consistency in processes, service standards, and store operations across all locations.
- Ensure a consistent and premium customer experience across the entire retail network, maintaining alignment in brand image and service quality between stores in different cities.
- Optimize operational efficiency, including cost control, inventory management, and stock turnover.
- Lead, recruit, and develop the retail team, building a strong and scalable sales organization.
- Monitor sales performance and propose effective sales programs, policies, and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing to implement campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Report business performance and propose strategic improvements to the Board of Directors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Retail Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in retail business management, preferably in jewelry, gemstones, luxury goods, or high-end fashion retail.
- Strong expertise in building and operating standardized luxury retail systems and boutique operations.
- Experience in managing customer experience in a luxury retail environment, ensuring consistency across multiple store locations
- Strong capability in inventory optimization, particularly in high-value and slow-moving products such as gemstones and jewelry.
- Proven leadership experience in building and managing retail sales teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and business development mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with high-end clients.
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure and drive growth in a competitive luxury market
