AL-Refai International Transport & Clearing Company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the transport and clearing industry, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting our services and value proposition.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
Proposal Development: Develop customized proposals and quotes for clients, ensuring competitive pricing and service offerings.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to inform service improvements and innovations.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitors to effectively position our services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Marketing, or any other related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the transport, shipping, and clearing industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
