Marchesa is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to grow the wholesale business for the Marchesa Notte Evening Collection.
This role is ideal for a sales professional with 2–5 years of wholesale fashion experience who has worked with evening wear or luxury fashion retailers and is looking to advance their career with an internationally recognized luxury brand.
Responsibilities
· Develop and open new wholesale accounts for the Marchesa Notte Evening Collection.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with specialty boutiques and luxury retailers.
· Prospect new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach through order placement.
· Represent the brand during Evening Markets, trade shows, and customer appointments.
· Conduct seasonal collection presentations and product training with retail partners.
· Partner with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and account support.
· Achieve seasonal sales goals and contribute to the continued growth of the brand.
· Travel as required for market appointments, account visits, and industry events.
Qualifications
· 2–5 years of wholesale sales experience in evening wear, luxury fashion, or contemporary fashion.
· Proven ability to develop new business and open wholesale accounts.
· Experience working Evening Markets and selling to specialty retailers.
· Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
· Existing relationships with luxury evening wear retailers and specialty boutiques.
· Understanding of the North American luxury wholesale market.
· Passion for luxury fashion and exceptional client service.
