Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achievesales targetsand contribute to the overall success of our business.
Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations to customers, helping them find the best beauty solutions to meet their individual needs.
Demonstrate and educate customers on the benefits and usage of our beauty products, ensuring they have a positive experience.
Stayup-to-datewith the latest beauty trends and products, and make informed recommendations to customers.
Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a loyal customer base through exceptional customer service.
Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, visually appealing, and optimized for sales opportunities.
Handle cash transactions and daily administrative paperwork, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum age of 18 years.
Excellentcommunication,leadership, customer service, and sales skills.
Proven track recordin sales, preferably in the beauty industry.
Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, and treatments.
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time.
Background in beauty therapy or cosmetology is a plus.
On-the-job trainingwill be provided.
