Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Sales Lead role located in Culver City, CA in Westfield Mall. As a Sales Lead at ALDO Group, you will be responsible for daily sales operations, customer service, training and development of the sales team, and sales management. You will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prior customer service experience
Proven track record in sales
Experience in training and development
Sales management experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Knowledge of fashion industry and trends
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
