Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Dagon Myothit (North), Myanmar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships with key accounts, leading and mentoring a sales team, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve business objectives. The role will also focus on analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor activities, and ensuring the smooth implementation of sales plans.

- Proven experience in sales strategy, account management, and achieving growth targets
- Strong team leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Demonstrated ability in relationship management and customer-focused engagement
- Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the FMCG, fashion, or related industries is advantageous
- Fluency in English and Burmese is preferred
