Key Responsibilities:
Drive in-clinic sales and convert walk-in consultations into successful bookings
Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction
Manage and lead the front-desk and consultation team for optimal performance
Understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments or packages
Track
sales performance
and create strategies to achieve revenue targets
Report daily, weekly, and monthly performance to the management
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in
wellness
, skincare, salon, or hospitality industry
Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead a team and meet monthly targets
Knowledge of skincare and beauty treatments (preferred but not mandatory)
