Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

– Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with beauty salons and hotels across Malaysia.

– Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

– Conduct regular visits to potential and existing clients to demonstrate products, educate on the latest skincare solutions, and reinforce brand values.

– Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining brand integrity.

– Coordinate with the marketing team to develop tailored promotions and events that align with client needs and drive brand visibility.

– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to strategically position our brand in the market.

– Achieve and exceed monthly and annual

sales targets

– Provide regular reports on account status, sales results, and market conditions to

senior management

.

– Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless client experience and handle any client issues promptly and professionally.

** Requirements**:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

– Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the luxury skincare or beauty industry.

– Strong network in the Malaysian beauty and hospitality industry.

– Excellent negotiation,

communication

, and presentation skills.

– Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

– A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to

travel extensively across the region.
