Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager (Woven Fabric) located in Lai Chi Kok. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day duties include communicating with customers for inquiries, presenting product offerings to clients, negotiating pricing and contracts, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as merchandising and design, and staying updated on market trends to align sales strategies. The Sales Manager will also be actively involved in trade shows and global industry events to promote products and grow the company’s client base.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Knowledge of woven fabric production, such as yarn-dye, jacquard, and sustainable fabric trends
- Experience in marketing, negotiating pricing, and managing sales portfolios
- Strong organizational and team collaboration abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines
- Prior experience in the fashion or textile industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textiles, or a related field
