We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our fast-paced Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and retail operations. Responsibilities:
- Support sales team in managing retail accounts including Costco, Walmart, Target, Asian supermarkets, and mainstream retail channels
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and marketing materials in both English and Chinese
- Assist in coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of retail programs
- Support day-to-day account operations, including order tracking, shipment follow-up, and promotional coordination
- Assist in social media marketing content coordination and basic digital marketing execution when needed
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials
- Support e-commerce related tasks and online channel coordination when applicable
- Occasional business travel may be required to support trade shows, buyer meetings, or store visits
Requirements:
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales support, account coordination, or operations (CPG or food industry preferred)
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Familiar with social media marketing (e.g. Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook or brand content support)
- Experience in e-commerce operations is a strong plus
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. for presentations, content creation, or productivity enhancement)
- Strong communication skills with an outgoing, proactive, and energetic personality
- Willing to travel occasionally for business needs
- Interest in Asian food and consumer products is highly preferred
