Kakha Series, a leading Muslim family fashion, is currently seeking a highly driven and analytical professional to join our team as Marketing & Sales Supervisor.
This role is responsible for overseeing marketplace performance, developing data-driven sales strategies, and leading execution across multiple digital commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketplace management, combined with analytical thinking and leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize sales performance across marketplace channels (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.)
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets
- Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Lead and supervise the marketplace team to ensure operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, ads, and operations) to drive growth
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketplace management and digital sales strategy
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related fields is preferred
- Strong leadership, attention to detail, and sales intuition
