We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Sales & Operations Intern to support our Wholesale Planning and Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in wholesale operations, showroom management, and logistics within a fast-paced fashion/accessories environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Wholesale Operations team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Manage and organize product samples, including tracking, labeling, and inventory upkeep
- Prepare, pack, and ship wholesale orders, press samples, and client packages
- Support showroom setup, merchandising, and visual presentation before appointments and market weeks
- Assist with showroom breakdown, reset, and post-event organization
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with carriers and internal teams
- Help maintain clean, organized, and presentation-ready showroom and stock areas
- Support the team with ad hoc operational and sales-related tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive work ethic
- Strong communication skills and willingness to take direction
- Ability to lift, pack, and move boxes and sample materials as needed
- Interest in fashion, wholesale, retail operations, or merchandising preferred
- Proficiency in basic email and office tools (Google Workspace or similar)

- Experience in fashion, retail, showroom, or operations
- Familiarity with sample management or inventory systems
- Interest in wholesale sales, merchandising, or brand operations
