Now we are looking for a Sales Representative is responsible for developing new customers as well as maintaining existing customers relationship in USA market to drive the sales, achieve sales target and company strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Business development:
Open new customers for the businesses including cold emails and cold calls.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Customer Follow-Up:
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and explore additional opportunities.
Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company. Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, such as CN sales teams, to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition to potential clients.
Customer Needs Analysis:
Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs. Provide solutions and address customer concerns to facilitate the sales process.
Quoting and Pricing:
Prepare and present price quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals in accordance with company policies.
Reporting:
Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Eligible work in the USA.
– Proven over 5 years’ experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
– Have experienced work in accessories products or related supplier is preferred.
– Have worked with leading retailers or brands in the United State
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
– Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
