Lovesome is seeking an experienced and dependable Sales Representative to join our growing wholesale team. We’re looking for someone sharp, organized, and motivated, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in wholesale fashion or B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to grow within the company. Duties:
- Interact and finalize sales with new and existing customers via WhatsApp and in-person visits, including customer registration, order placement, and ship-outs.
- Drive consistent customer follow-ups to boost sales and engagement.
- Process and finalize invoices accurately and on time.
- Submit orders by referring to price lists and product information.
- Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
- Keep an organized system for daily planning and coordination of sales tasks.
- Perform weekly mannequin changes and assist in prepping samples for photoshoots, including pre- and post-shoot tagging, barcoding, and organization.
- Maintain showroom presentation standards to ensure a clean and professional environment.
- Utilize retail math, cash register, and payment processing systems efficiently.
- Track inventory levels, product sell-through, preorders, and orders to identify needs and make recommendations.
- Conduct cold call outreach to increase brand exposure and expand customer accounts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and communication with management.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated individual who works well independently and with a team.
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Tech-savvy and fast learner, comfortable with digital tools and systems.
- Minimum of 2 years of wholesale or B2B sales experience.
- Positive attitude and strong passion for sales and learning.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of retail operations and merchandising standards.
- Highly organized, confident, and dependable.
Pay: Starting from $18.00 per hour (varies depending on experience)
