Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. If you have a passion for fashion and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and provide assistance in finding products or answering questions
– Recommend products and services based on customer needs
– Process sales transactions using the POS system
– Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures
– Handle customer inquiries
– Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
Requirements:
– Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
– Knowledge of wireless sales or technology sales is a plus
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to work well in a team environment
Salary: $12hr PLUS commission
