Responsibilities
– welcoming customers and providing sales service.
– Contributing to promoting the offers presented by the company.
– Listening intently and answering all questions and inquiries related to the proposals.
– Description of the product during the sales process.
– Packaging of goods.
– Dealing with returned or exchanged goods.
– Recording purchases on the operating system.
– Providing after-sales services.
Inside the branch
– Arranging products and display within the branch.
– Arranging the branch’s warehouse, if any, in coordination with the Direct Manager.
– Maintains the workplace clean and tidy.
– Know a lot about security and theft, and know how to prevent or deal with these situations.
– Meeting customers according to company policy
Qualifications
University or intermediate
- English ( Good )
