Position Overview
NARDOS is seeking a polished, client-focused Sales Stylist for our luxury bridal and evening wear showroom. You'll guide brides and clients through appointments, style them in couture and custom pieces, and drive sales while delivering an exceptional experience from first fitting to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead bridal and evening wear appointments — styling clients, presenting the collection, and closing sales.
- Build lasting client relationships through follow-up, personalized service, and discretion.
- Guide clients through custom and couture orders, including measurements, fabric selections, and design details.
- Coordinate fittings and communicate alteration and production updates to clients.
- Track orders, payments, timelines, and delivery deadlines with accuracy.
- Maintain the showroom, sample inventory, and garment presentation to luxury standards.
- Support trunk shows, bridal market, fashion week, and special events.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in bridal, luxury fashion, or high-end retail sales; styling experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to sell in a client-facing, appointment-based environment.
- Knowledge of fit, fabrics, and garment construction; bridal fitting experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and follow-through; calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Shopify, CRM, or order management systems preferred.
- Weekend availability required.
