What You’ll Do
- Initiate strategic B2B cold calls to prospective hair salons and barbershops
- Establish, cultivate, and maintain professional relationships with salon owners and stylists
- Confidently present our portfolio of premium beauty brands and solutions
- Successfully open new accounts and manage territory growth with a consultative approach
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within luxury, beauty, or professional salon markets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with outstanding organization and follow-through capabilities
- A polished, professional demeanor and passion for excellence
- Ability to travel locally and manage your territory independently
