Up On Sunset, a modern full-service salon in South Miami, is offering a booth rental opportunity for an experienced and passionate licensed hair stylist. This is a fully independent contractor position, allowing you the freedom to set your own schedule, manage your clientele, and grow your business in a stylish, high-traffic salon environment.

Experience
Valid cosmetology license is required.
Proven experience in hair styling, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Familiarity with straight razor techniques is a plus.
Previous experience in store management or customer service is advantageous.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer interaction and satisfaction.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Your Responsibilities as an Independent Stylist:
Provide exceptional hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling
Maintain a clean and professional workstation, sanitizing tools as required
Engage with clients to offer personalized recommendations and styling advice
Manage your own schedule, appointments, and payments independently
Maintain professionalism while working alongside other talented stylists

What You Need:
– Valid Florida Cosmetology License
– Established clientele preferred (though walk-ins may be available)
– Ability to work independently and manage your own bookings
– Your own tools and products (limited storage available)
– Professional, motivated, and customer-focused attitude
Rental Details:

Pay: $27.01 – $32.20 per hour
