We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various beauty services and treatments, demonstrating excellent customer service skills while helping clients look and feel their best. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of beauty services including, but not limited to hair styling, cutting, color and other chemical treatments, extensions, head spa, eta.
Apply color theory principles to achieve desired hair color results for clients.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
Manage social media accounts to promote services, showcase work, and engage with clients.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and effective communication.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continuously improve skills.
Experience
Proven experience as a cosmetologist or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques, color theory, hair cutting, etc.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
Experience in social media management is desirable to help promote services and engage with customers.
A valid cosmetology license is required.
