Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in hair care while providing exceptional customer service. You will work in a vibrant salon environment, where your skills in color theory, hair extensions, and various styling techniques will be put to great use. Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair care and styling.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon space, including front desk duties.
Promote retail products to clients, enhancing their overall experience.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the salon.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or certification.
Proficiency in color theory and application techniques.
Knowledge with hair extensions and various styling methods is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Familiarity with MEEVO or similar scheduling software is a plus.
Ability to perform barbering techniques is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
Previous experience in retail sales is beneficial for promoting products.
