Flawless Finish is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for lash techs, estheticians, nail technicians, etc. to join our salon by renting your very own salon room.
Position Summary: We are currently seeking experienced or new and self-motivated professionals to rent our private salon rooms. As a tenant, you will have the opportunity to operate independently within our salon space while enjoying the benefits of utilizing the full salon.
Responsibilities:
Create a warm and welcoming environment for your clients within your dedicated salon room.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
Set your own schedule and manage your appointments efficiently.
Uphold the salon’s standards of excellence and professionalism.
Requirements:
Valid state cosmetology, esthetician, nail technician, or relevant license.
Valid insurnance
Experience in the your industry, with a strong and loyal client base preferred but NOT required
Ability to work independently and responsibly.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
A professional and positive attitude .
