Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Salon Assistant to join our team. The Salon Assistant will support salon operations and assist stylists in providing exceptional services to clients.
Duties
– Assist stylists with various tasks such as shampooing, conditioning
– Maintain salon cleanliness and organization
– checking in and checking out clients efficiently
-answering calls professionally with a friendly tone
– Greet and attend to clients in a friendly and professional manner
– Sanitize tools, equipment, and workstations regularly
– Support stylists in mentoring junior staff members
– Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall salon experience
Qualifications
– Previous experience or training in cosmetology or barbering is preferred
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment
– Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
– Willingness to learn and grow within the salon industry
